Meet your host, Jess
Jess will be your welcoming host at Space Holiday Apartments, and she’s looking forward to making your stay feel like more than just a place to sleep.
A Sunshine Coast local with a young family of her own, Jess took over as resident manager in July, bringing years of experience in operations and customer service across multi-site businesses and residential communities.
Before Space Holiday Apartments, she spent several years as Operations & Project Manager for a national multi-site health & wellness franchise network, where guest experience was always the number one priority, and earlier still worked closely with residents in a retirement village setting, coordinating trades, maintenance and community events — experience that gave her a genuine appreciation for looking after both the people and the property in her care.
Organised, proactive and always happy to help, Jess takes real pride in keeping Space Holiday Apartments well presented and welcoming.
She’s a big believer in supporting local businesses, and loves weaving her favourite local cafes, providers and hidden gems into the guest experience — so if you’re after a recommendation for where to eat, explore or unwind, she’s your best resource. She loves getting to know the guests who stay here and is looking forward to building the same kind of lasting connections that make people want to come back again and again.
