Space Holiday Apartments is directly opposite the magnificent Maroochy River, and just a short walk to Sunshine Plaza, the patrolled Maroochydore Beach, Maroochy RSL, Bigtop (Woolworths), restaurants, entertainment and more.
In this beautiful, unique location that overlooks Cotton Tree Park, guests of Space Holiday Apartments enjoy an array of breathtaking views – the pristine Maroochy River and out over the ocean as well as hinterland aspects. Some of our rooms offer glimpses toward Buderim, Maleny, Montville, and the Glass House Mountains. Look to the north and you’ll see the picturesque Mount Coolum.

- Noosa? 25-minute drive north. This can be a very enjoyable day trip.
- Maroochydore? Space Holiday Apartments is located in Cotton Tree, which is part of Maroochydore, right in the CBD.
- Maroochy RSL? We are just a 4-minute walk to Maroochy RSL.
- Maroochy Surf Club? You can take an 11-minute walk to Maroochy Surf Club or book the courtesy bus.
To Space Holiday Apartments by road:
When travelling from the north or south, take the Maroochydore exit off the Bruce Highway (National Highway 1) onto Maroochydore Road (State Highway 8). Follow the road into Maroochydore town centre. At the set of traffic lights, take a right onto Horton Parade/Aerodrome Road (State Highway 6). Turn left at First Avenue, the third road on the left. Turn right onto Memorial Avenue and look for 94 Memorial Avenue - this is the back entrance to our building’s carpark. Park undercover on ground level until you have checked in. Secured basement level car parking is provided at no charge to all apartments.
